Welcome to GRIT
🔥 Track your training, monitor your progress, and compete on the leaderboard! Where consistency meets competition, and every workout counts.
What is GRIT?
GRIT is a competitive training platform where you track your workouts, monitor your progress, and climb the leaderboard, all based solely on your GRIT score. GRIT rewards consistent effort, training intensity, and achievements like personal records and group activities. All Strava workouts imported into GRIT remain private: only your GRIT score and leaderboard ranking are visible to others. The competition is fair and transparent, focusing entirely on your GRIT score, so you can challenge yourself and others while keeping your detailed training data secure and private.
Key Features
- Personal Dashboard: Add and review your trainings, including intervals, distance, duration, heart rate, and RPE. Instantly see your latest sessions and detailed stats.
- Statistics: Visualize your progress over time. See your total GRIT points, distance, training time, and streaks for any period (week, month, year, or all time).
- Leaderboard: Compete with friends and the community. Climb the leaderboard by earning GRIT points through consistent and challenging workouts. Winners are recognized for users, cities, and countries each period.
- Streaks & Motivation: Stay on track with streak tracking and personal bests. Celebrate your longest streaks and keep your momentum going!
- Fatigue Penalty: GRIT rewards consistency, but also considers recovery. Training too hard, too often, will reduce your GRIT score due to a fatigue penalty. This encourages smart training and rest, not just volume!
- Privacy First: All your Strava training details are private, only your GRIT score and leaderboard position are public.
Why Use GRIT?
Whether you're a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or just want to stay active, GRIT helps you stay accountable and motivated. All your data is securely stored and accessible from anywhere.
GRIT is designed to motivate you to train regularly, but also to train smart. The fatigue penalty means that rest and recovery are just as important as effort. Push your limits, but listen to your body!
